Duchess China~Tea Cup Tuesday

Hello Everyone,

It's Tuesday, so that means it's time to showcase another Tea Cup! I'm linking up to Terri at Artful Affirmations for Tea Cup Tuesday.

We're having some beautiful weather, so I decided to do some photos outside.

Even though I only own a few white things and have no white walls (or even neutral walls) in my house, I love white on white. Sometimes I think there's nothing more tranquil than the color white.

Back in March, we had lots of warm weather, which tricked some of our bushes and flowers into blooming early. These "snowball" flowers normally don't bloom until May where I live, but this year, they bloomed in April and are now dying.

This tea cup set is made by Duchess and is trimmed in gold. It's the only white set I have.

Thanks for stopping by!
~Michelle

Michelle, you have a very lovely blog! I have enjoyed browsing through and noticing that I was smiling and happy for visiting. I love your Easter picture of you and two other lovelies all dressed the same. Such a sweet picture and I know must be a great memory for you. Your tea sets are stunning. And I too love white on white. The early blooming flowers are such a treat, but then so sad that they leave so early. I do love the photos though. It looks like a very pleasant day. I have so enjoyed tea time with you. Thanks for visiting me. I am now a follower.
See you again soon.

How lovely to bring this cup and saucer together with the snowball flowers. The weather has been very early this year. We only had winter in December, what does the summer hold for us? The photos are beautiful with the contrast of the White on White against the landscape. Thanks for sharing!

Hello Michelle,
That is a sweet cup! Love the white with a little trim. The Snowball flower does look stunning with it. I too have very colorful interior walls, and no "whites" but I love white on white as well.
Thanks so much for sharing with us today.
Hugs,
Terri
